Cympha Orchids BV

Cympha Orchids BV is an innovative company specialized in the cultivation of the Phalaenopsis orchid. Cympha started with orchids that come in a 12cm pot. In 2008 Cympha created the ‘Little Love’ orchid. This magnificent mini-Phalaenopsis comes in a 5,5 cm pot. In 2011 Cympha added the ‘Secret Love’ orchid to its range. This orchid is a little bigger than the ‘Little Love’ orchid. It comes in a 9cm pot.

Cympha utilizes advanced technology which enables the company to cultivate top-quality orchids in an environmentally-friendly way. For example, Cympha utilizes so called ‘rest-warmth’ provided by the local electricity supplier for cultivation. A process in which the by-product of generating electricity, namely heat, is diverted to companies. Furthermore, during the mechanization of the company an ingenious system consisting of large containers on rolling tracks was installed. This eco-friendly system uses gravitational forces to collect all ready to be sold items.
